This is the perfect hashtag for all luxury realtors. Remind your clients that you are selling them their dream home and that the higher price point is 100% worth it.

#{YourArea} + SchoolDistrict

This is a great hashtag to use when promoting a listing in a family friendly area. It lets buyers know exactly which school district they’re shopping in and helps them to make informed decisions. A lot of buyers with children are even shopping by school district these days, so this is an especially great hashtag to use when selling in a premier district. For example, #DublinCitySchoolDistrict.

What better way to build a brand than by promoting your brand via hashtags! Hashtag your brokerage to let everyone know who you are affiliated with, exactly what your brand is and to appear more professional online.

Hashtags such as #BestClientEver are a great way to thank your clients while simultaneously promoting your business online. Remember to be honest with hashtags such as these and only showcase the clients you really loved working with!

This is a great way to easily advertise what amazing amenities may be located near a listing. #CentralPark can highlight that your listing is just a short walk away from, you guessed it, Central Park! Is there a fabulous lake or beach within driving distance? Then don’t hesitate to #LakeMichigan or #SantaMonicaStateBeach.

#OpenHouse + {Your Area}

Use this hashtag to let people in your area know that your listing is hosting an open house. Millennial buyers will often scroll their local hashtag for upcoming open houses so be sure to capitalize on that by using this hashtag. Some examples would be #OpenHouseATL or #OpenHouseDallas. You can even get more specific by choosing specific neighborhoods such as #OpenHouseMalibuColonyBeach

According to Julie Gurner, from Fit Small Business, this is a great way to generate buzz around particularly desirable listings in your area. Great examples include #MiamiBeachfront, #BrooklynBrownstone or even #LAeastlake

Listing an older home? Try #HousePortrait or #OldHomeLove to generate some buzz. Listing something a touch more modern? #ModernHome is sure to do the trick. You can even keep it simple with a descriptive #SpanishColonial. Use a hashtag that describes the general feel of a house to generate more conversations online.

#JustListed / #JustSold

These may seem obvious but they are so useful when marketing your listings online. Use #JustListed to promote a sense of urgency with your listings and use #JustSold to celebrate and showcase your talents as a luxury realtor.

This is a great way to let prospective clients know just how qualified you are to be their luxury realtor while also giving you lots of credibility. Good examples would be #CLHMS #ILHMmember
