One Closing At A Time

I have been blessed with a successful career that offers gratification and freedom. While there have been plenty of ups and downs along the way, I will never forget where I came from and those that have helped along the way.

Giving back is an important part of who I am. It is an honor to help give back with each closing and to give my clients the opportunity to be part of it all.

In the Giving Back Program, my clients can feel good about closing on their home and a donation sent on their behalf from me to the charity of their choice.

How it Works:

1. Client Registers online: Register your information on the Contact form below. You simply add the Charity of your choice. Please note, the registration form must be completed PRIOR to closing.

2. Closing is completed: Once we close on your new property, a donation in the amount of $100.00 will be sent on your behalf to the charity you choose.

**Please note, all charities are required to be recognized by the IRS as charitable organizations, including 501 (c)(3)’s and must be able to provide proof of filing a 990 report to the IRS. Seek the advice of a tax professional for any tax related questions.
