This month may bring about excitement for chocolate boxes and red long stemmed roses. And that is awesome! We should be celebrated by our loved ones and shown a little attention. Each day is an opportunity to show our love but yeah, it’s nice to have one more “extra” day, right?
But, sometimes this month can bring up some extra emotional stress. Real estate is very often tied to a life event. Whether happy or sad. A marriage, a death, a divorce, a birth of a newborn.
When it’s happy typically I am helping excited first time Buyers that just got married find their special home to make their own.. Or, homeowners that are upsizing to accommodate room for one more baby.
But, I am often in the midst of sad and angry times. When a divorce occurs or when a spouse or parents pass and the family faces tough questions like, “ What to do with the home”? It’s a very stressful time and the heart is heavy.
I can not make the heavy heart go away but I can hold your hand while we look at the options as I will have a clear and compassionate heart to help you. An outsider who can step back and ask the questions that will shape the bigger picture while you are in the center of the chaos.
You have heard the saying, “Matters of the Heart” right? Well, real estate is typically at the heart of all matters.
